Replacing A Drum (Photoconductor)

Problem: yellow vertical line appeared.

SOLUTION:

1. open front cover, unscrew and pull out unit

2. unlock the white cover before taking out the drum. After that, unscrew the top cover but do not remove the cover.

3. Remove the clip and bearing

4. Pull out the drum shaft and carefully take out the drum

5. Clean up charger roller and indside drum unit

6. Replace with new drum, please carefully put the drum to avoid from scratch. Finally put all things back and done...
